Baby Showers, Bridal Showers, Birthday Parties, Corporate Parties, Holiday Parties, Memorials, Intimate Dinners
$1,000 for under 40 guests and minimum of 6 hours
$1,500 for 41- 60 guests and minimum of 6 hours
$1,700 for 61-100 guests and minimum of 6 hours
$1,900 for 101-150 guests and minimum of 6 hours
While we love hosting unforgettable weddings, our versatile space is a blank canvas for a myriad of celebrations. From intimate gatherings to grand affairs, we provide the perfect backdrop for baby showers, birthdays, corporate events, reunions, and everything in between. Whether you envision a sophisticated soirée, a lively party, or a more intimate gathering, we offer the flexibility and amenities to bring your vision to life.
What's included
-Venue representative available on site during event
-6 hour event time total including setup and breakdown time
-6 ft farmhouse wooden tables (seats 4-6 people)
-Gold Metal Cushioned Chairs
-Setup and breakdown of The Charm House tables and chairs
-Use of cake table/dessert cart
-Setup time available the day prior IF no event is scheduled
-Choice of Indoor Barn, or outdoor Shaded Grass area behind house

Add-Ons:
Place settings are an optional add on for $10 a person and would include a charger, white glass plate, linens napkins, glass water goblets, and gold silverware.
We have a variety of different chargers and glass water goblet colors available to choose from.
