$1,000 for up to 40 guests and minimum of 6 hours
$1,500 for 40+ guests and minimum of 6 hours
$350 an hour after the 6 hour minimum
While we love hosting unforgettable weddings, our versatile space is a blank canvas for a myriad of celebrations. From intimate gatherings to grand affairs, we provide the perfect backdrop for baby showers, birthdays, corporate events, reunions, and everything in between. Whether you envision a sophisticated soirée, a lively party, or a more intimate gathering, we offer the flexibility and amenities to bring your vision to life.
What's included
-Venue representative available on site during event
-6 hour event time total including setup and breakdown time
-6 ft farmhouse wooden tables (seats 4-6 people)
-Gold cross back chairs
-Setup and breakdown of The Charm House tables and chairs
-Use of cake table/dessert cart
-Chargers, white glass plates, linens, gold silverware, and glass water goblets
-Setup time available the day prior IF no event is scheduled
-Choice of Indoor Barn, or outdoor Shaded Grass area behind house
